Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Any product that is damaged, shows signs of use, or is returned without the original packaging will not be eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving approval. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

• Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment processor.

• We do not offer refunds for items returned beyond the 7-day window.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

• Used, damaged, or altered products

• Items returned without original packaging
